Born out of the original New York hardcore scene, Ludichrist was most known for their witty and musically complex approach to hardcore music. Dave Miranda joined the band in 1987 and toured to promote the widely successful debut album, "Immaculate Deception". |
| Soon the band was back in the studio to record their second album "Powertrip" for Relativity Records. "Powertrip", with its technical complexity and blazing fast tempos, became a quintessential album of the hardcore / metal cross-over movement of the late `80's. Dave toured with the band through much of the U.S. and Europe to promote the album, double-headlining with top acts such as the Bad Brains, Suicidal Tendencies, Agnostic Front, MDC, etc. | ![]() |
