Dave in the Rocky Mountains - 12,000 ft elevation Dave has ridden motorcycles from New York to San Francisco and back, New York to Key West and back, all through New England, etc., having covered almost 3/4 of the U.S. on two wheels. One 8,600 mile excursion was run in just 20 days, partly in the driving rain - an average of 430 miles per day for nearly three weeks straight.
